FreshX is a digital logistics platform specializing in temperature-controlled less-than-truckload freight shipping across the United States. The platform helps shippers access real-time rates and book nationwide cold-chain transportation for smaller perishable shipments that do not require a full truckload.
- Helped complete several key platform pieces needed to move the product forward.
- Resolved product and engineering issues across incomplete or blocked areas of the system.
- Integrated Algolia to improve search performance and make key logistics data easier to find.
- Worked in a fast-moving logistics environment where reliability, speed, and operational clarity were critical.
Livsee
Agentic AI Platform for Multifamily Real Estate
May 2025 – Dec 2025
Livsee is an autonomous, agentic AI platform designed for the multifamily real estate industry to optimize leasing, increase occupancy, and streamline marketing.
- Led SOC 2 compliance readiness efforts by gathering evidence, tracking requirements, coordinating follow-ups, and working directly with vendors to support approval.
- Provided technical leadership and support for an autonomous AI platform serving the multifamily real estate industry.
- Oversaw and supported an offshore team in India of 3–4 engineers and 1 project manager.
- Performed data discovery across complex Yardi data relationships and translated findings into clearer technical direction for the development team.

Revenue Automation / Multifamily Payments

Bend Payments is a revenue automation platform used by Columbia Debt Recovery LLC, dba Genesis, to manage early-stage debt recovery for the multifamily apartment industry.
- Helped move incomplete product and engineering pieces toward completion in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Supported payment and workflow automation for apartment debt recovery use cases.
- Helped set up and optimize Stripe payment workflows.
- Provided practical technical guidance across early-stage product, payment, and operational needs.

LeaseLock
Director of Engineering • 2020 – 2025
Led Core Engineering, Data Engineering, and Dev Platform / DevOps across a remote team of 7–10 engineers. Helped deliver SOC 2-conscious, revenue-focused systems, supported ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and operational reporting, and stayed hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and critical technical problem-solving.

Helped integrate Washio's team and technology after acquisition. Led engineering for software solutions serving laundromats, including databases, backend systems, web/mobile applications, and AWS-based infrastructure.

Guided engineering from Seed to Series A, helped deliver the first web, mobile, and back-office systems within months, and co-developed a custom vehicle routing system with the data science team.
