Overview

TiempoTracker is a time-tracking and invoicing application built for freelancers, consultants, and independent contractors who manage work across multiple clients, projects, and businesses.

The Challenge

Tracking billable hours becomes difficult when time entries lose their connection to specific clients and projects. Without a clear relational structure between clients, projects, and tasks, it is hard to attribute work accurately, summarize progress, and generate itemized invoices.

What We Built

SeguraTech built a multi-tenant web application organized around an explicit relational hierarchy: Client → Project → Task → Time Entry. Users can run live timers, add time entries for previous work, generate reports across projects, create itemized invoices from logged hours, and export data to CSV and PDF.

Our role

SeguraTech created and owns TiempoTracker, handling product planning, interface design, data modeling, full-stack engineering, authentication, subscription billing, English and Spanish localization, and production deployment.

Overview

A bilingual website for soccer player Jose Segura, helping college coaches, professional scouts, and sports media learn about his career and evaluate his play.

The Challenge

Academy soccer players often rely on scattered social media clips and informal highlight reels that lack context. College coaches and scouts need organized career statistics, match schedules, full-game footage, and direct contact details to evaluate an athlete efficiently.

What We Built

SeguraTech designed and built a bilingual athlete platform organized around player credentials, performance statistics, and video. The site includes career statistics by season, an organized video library of full matches and highlight reels, press coverage, and a contact form for scouts and coaches.

Our role

SeguraTech handled information architecture, interface design, full-stack development, and English and Spanish localization. We also recorded matches, took photographs, and edited highlight videos for the site.

A bilingual business website for Team Tutoring LLC, a Northern Virginia company offering personalized K–12 academic support.

The Challenge

A local tutoring practice needed a clear web presence to reach families in Northern Virginia. The challenge was to present tutoring subjects and tutor credentials clearly, establish local search visibility, and make it easy for parents to get in touch.

What We Built

SeguraTech built a responsive bilingual website designed for local families. The site features clearly organized tutoring subjects (Math, Science, ELA, and Test Prep), tutor profiles, local SEO metadata, and a contact form with spam protection.

Our role

SeguraTech handled content organization, interface design, front-end development, local SEO implementation, and English and Spanish localization.
